Draft for review before launch. This page has not yet been checked by a legal adviser.
AINSQ Kids Academy is designed for children, so it is built to collect as little as possible — in practice, nothing that identifies anyone.
What we do not collect
- No accounts: we never ask for a name, email address, age or school.
- No analytics, advertising or social-media trackers.
- No cookies.
What stays on your device
Lesson completions, quiz and 11+ scores, stars and notebook entries are saved in your browser's local storage so progress is there next time. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time with “Clear my progress” on the progress page, or by clearing your browser's site data.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the service secure and working. We do not use these to identify or profile visitors.
Children's privacy
We follow the principles of the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code: high privacy by default, no nudge techniques, no profiling and no sharing of children's data.
Changes
If we ever add optional parent accounts, this notice will be updated before that feature goes live.
